One code. Every desk. Called out loud.
A person checks in once and keeps the same number through records, consulting, cash and pharmacy. They see it on a screen, they hear it called in their own language, and they can step outside without losing their place.

What it does
A screen that runs itself
Twelve hours unattended. It reconnects after the wifi drops and comes back on its own after a power cut. Nobody touches it after the day it is mounted.
Called out loud
Half the room is not looking up. Codes are spoken from recorded fragments — English and Twi first — so nothing depends on the internet and no name is mispronounced.
One journey, not five tickets
Finished at records and sent to consulting? Same code, and a place that reflects when they arrived — not the back of a new line.
Safe to step outside
Somebody who has left the building gets a message before their turn. Somebody sitting in the room gets nothing, because they can see the screen.
Free to check from any phone
A USSD short code and a missed call, both free to the person. A feature phone with no credit is enough.
Where the day actually goes
Minutes per desk, with the slowest one named. Most sites are wrong about which desk that is.
What it costs
GHS 400.00a month
Includes 2 desks and 1 screen. Extra desks GHS 120.00, extra screens GHS 150.00. Messages are prepaid credit. USSD and missed call are included.
30 days free in one department, then priced.
What it will never do
No diagnoses, no notes, no reason for the visit, no NHIS membership number. There is nowhere in the database to put them. It is a queue, not a record. A phone number is visible only at the desk where it was typed, as the last three digits everywhere else, and it is deleted 30 days after the visit closes.
